How do I know which size to pick? What if I'm between sizes?

Every LeiShape product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements for bust, waist, and hips — check it before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up for shapewear and bras, since our fabrics shape without compressing. Still unsure? Email info@leishape.com with your measurements and we'll recommend the best fit within 24 hours.

Is LeiShape shapewear actually comfortable to wear all day?

Yes. Our shapewear, bras, and leggings are built with breathable, four-way-stretch fabrics that move with your body — no rolling, no pinching, no digging. Seamless construction and soft-touch waistbands keep everything in place for 8–12 hours without discomfort, so you can wear them from morning to evening.

Will it show under tight or thin clothing?

No. Our seamless bonded edges, invisible shaping panels, and skin-tone color options are engineered to disappear under fitted dresses, white tops, and bodycon outfits. The fabric lies flat against the skin with no visible lines, hooks, or stitching.

How long will my LeiShape pieces last?

Our products are built to last with reinforced seams, premium-grade elastics, and shape-retaining fabric tested for repeated wear and washing. Every piece purchased directly from leishape.com is also covered by our Lifetime Warranty on structural defects — if seams open or elastics fail under normal use, we'll replace it or issue store credit.

How long does shipping take and where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on the destination country. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes, or VAT?

No. All LeiShape orders ship under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) — we cover all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay. If you ever receive an unexpected payment request from a carrier, contact us immediately and we'll handle it.

What if it doesn't fit or I don't like it — can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any product that doesn't meet your expectations. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by your order number. Because our products are intimate apparel, items that have been worn beyond a brief try-on cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full conditions in our Refund Policy.

Can I exchange my product for a different size?

Absolutely — and your first size exchange is free. Email info@leishape.com within 30 days with your order number and the size you need. Once we receive the original (unused, in original packaging), we'll ship the new size at no extra cost. Subsequent exchanges are at the customer's expense.

Do you offer a warranty if my product breaks or wears out?

Yes. LeiShape™ offers a Lifetime Warranty on structural manufacturing defects — seams opening, elastics failing, material defects causing breakage. This covers the full useful life of the product, not normal wear. Send a photo of the defect and your original order number to info@leishape.com and we'll respond within 14 business days with a replacement or equivalent store credit.

Is my payment secure and who do I contact if I need help?

All payments are processed by Shopify's PCI-compliant secure checkout — we never store your card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
